Sarah Graham

Sarah Graham Combining her superb sense of craftsmanship with the signature contrasting of 18-karat gold with blackened steel, black and white diamonds, and Akoya and Tahitian pearls, Sarah Graham has quickly become “the contemporary jeweler of the 21st Century” according to Dena Bunge, Editor of JQ Magazine.

Sarah’s unique style comes from having studied and gained inspiration from jewelry in museums, galleries and stores throughout two years traveling around North, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, and India. Infused with these culturally rich traditions, Sarah’s pieces also derive their originality of design and materials from Nature. This is evident in the labeling of her major product lines: Manzanita, Pebbles, Stepping Stones, Oyster, Conifer, and the line of Bridal rings Kyoto, Bamboo, Leaf, and River Rock. Patience – a fundamental virtue of Nature – also serves as a key part of Sarah’s design and construction process, each piece having been experimented with for days.

Upon returning from her travels, Sarah worked as an unpaid apprentice with a master goldsmith in Carmel, California. This painstakingly perfected her old-world craftsmanship, as well as the six years when she worked as a bench jeweler. Only four years after starting out on her own near La Quinta, CA, in 2001, Sarah’s pieces were featured in over 100 fine jewelry stores in North America and Asia. She received the 2003 Mort Abelson New Jewelry Designer of the Year Award, Runner-Up, and the 2001 Rising Star Award at the JCK Show Las Vegas. Sarah’s beautiful signature is apparent on every piece, as her great attention to detail produces subtly feminine yet substantial jewelry that is unique yet universal in appeal.
