All of the jewelry pieces you see on our web site are available in our gallery for purchase, subject to prior sale. You can purchase items at the gallery by calling or emailing us.

Return and Exchange Policies

Jewelry purchases may be exchanged within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase either for other jewelry or for store credit. A fifty percent deposit is required for all special orders or custom work. Custom work and special orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and authenticity of all Manika Jewelry including gemstones, precious metals, pearls, and other materials. In the unlikely event of faulty craftsmanship, or breakage due to normal usage, we will repair your jewelry free of charge for two years from the purchase date. This guarantee does not include loss, theft, water damage, or breakage due to drops or misuse.

Shipping and Insurance

We ship by Federal Express. Charges for shipping, handling, and insurance will be added to your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are:

Overnight $50
2nd Day $35
Ground $15

Insurance charges are $0.50 per $100 of value.

If you purchase by phone, and live in the area you are welcomed to pick up your jewelry at the gallery to avoid shipping and insurance charges. If driving, call us on your cell phone as you approach Maiden Lane on Kearny Street and we will bring your purchase to your car near the brass gates of Maiden Lane at Kearny Street. Maiden Lane is closed to vehicular traffic from 11am-6pm daily.
